Story

After brewing a few crafty beers we had people asking for something that could ease them into the craft beer scene.
Our goal was to create something light and drinkable for our local curlers, golfers and backyard bbq masters. And this is it, enjoy!

Abitibi Amber

American Amber Ale

Our American Amber Ale has lovely tones of caramel and toffee balanced perfectly with bold west coast hops.

This beer is smooth, balanced, true to style and very drinkable.

Story

Our head brewer was born and raised in Iroquois Falls, Ontario on the banks of the Abitibi river. He has fond memories of fishing Pike and Pickerel on Lake Abitibi with family and friends. This beer is a homage to his roots and a cheers to every hard working northerner; crack a cold one, you deserve it!

Chocolate Chaos

Chocolate Stout

This stout is much lighter in body than you would expect for this style of beer.
We wanted something rich but not heavy and this beer delivers.
With hints of dark chocolate and espresso, it's the perfect fireside beverage.

Story

Just once I would like this brew to go smoothly.... once!
From faulty pumps, reset timers, to stuck glycol valves and frozen kegs. Yet somehow it always turns out right. :-)
This beer is like Northern Ontario weather; you never know what to expect!

Ta-Beer-Wit

Belgian Witbier

This is a traditional wheat based Belgian White beer. It is infused with coriander and bitter orange peel to provide a spicy, herbal, zesty aroma and flavour.
This beer will be very cloudy from starch haze and/or yeast, which gives it a milky, whitish-yellow appearance and it will have a dense, white, head.
With an effervescent character and smooth medium body, this beer finishes dry and a little tart.

Having grown up in a French-Canadian family we found nice ways to swear. This is a play on words and a little tip of the hat to all my French friends.
